Nancee Way is a CMHC approved development with up to 95% financing and 25 year amortization.   Many Chartered Banks and Credit Unions have provided financing to our home purchasers.   Ask us who we would recommend for your situation.

Rent to Own Program

If financing is not an option for you at this time, ask us about our Rent to Own Program.

Rent to Own is available on our Windriver Home.  The rental and down payment amounts depend on which size of home you need.  You may consider starting out with the smaller more affordable home and putting an addition onto the home at the time of purchase, making the home into a 1050 sq.ft., two bed, two bath, den.  See the Windriver Homes page for more information on the homes.
