In Nancee Way Village you purchase your home and lease the site.  Leasing your site makes home ownership more affordable.

The Site lease is $385/Month including municipal water, municipal sewer, garbage, recyling and snow removal (streets).  The Site lease for Site 16 is $400/month due to its large size and location.  Increases in the Site Lease are limited by rent controls set by the Government.

Annual property taxes on your house are approximately $600/Year.

Home prices do not include net GST of 3.2%.
